This week is the start of what we have been working for over 3 1/2 months for. All of our regular season meets are done and now we are on to championship races. Keep being consistent with training to give the best chance of advancing to the state finals.
Monday September 27 - 6 am 30 minutes recovery pace + strength 2:30 pm post-race debrief in A 433 speed work on the track after
Tuesday September 28 - 6 am 30 minutes recovery pace + core 3 pm TRAX run
Wednesday September 29 6 am 30 minutes recovery pace + strength 2:45 pm Holstein/schtein run then team meeting and dinner
Thursday September 30 6 am 15 minute shakeout run + strides + race visualization 11:00 out of class, 11:45 bus for Region Championships at Cottonwood Complex
Friday October 1 6 am 30 minute recovery pace 2:30 pm post race debrief in room A 433 then
Saturday October 2 8 am long run Draper Park
