Summer Training Week 3 Schedule

Monday - Pipeline Trail meet at Hillcrest to carpool up the canyon.  We will be at the parking area near the Terrace Picnic area up Millcreek Canyon.  There will most likely not be cell phone coverage for this run. We will join the trail from the Burch Hollow trailhead and run to Elbow Fork and back down. We will be back to Hillcrest between 8:30 and 9:00.

Tuesday - Hillcrest - strength and core after the run.  We will be done between 8:00 and 8:15

Wednesday - Little Cottonwood Trail  Meet at Hillcrest to carpool or at the park and ride lot at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon at 6:15.  We should be back at Hillcrest at about 8:30.

Thursday - Hillcrest - strength and core after the run.  We will be done between 8:00 and 8:15

Friday - Draper Park - meet at Draper Park for our long run.  Let the captains know if you will need a ride from Hillcrest.

Saturday - no official practice - team members may get together for group runs

Summer Training Week 2 Schedule

Monday - City Creek - meet at Hillcrest at 6 am to carpool to the NE corner of the capital parking area. We should be back to Hillcrest between 8:30 and 9:00

Tuesday - Hillcrest - strength and core in the weight room after the run.  We will finish at about 8:15

Wednesday - Little Cottonwood Trail - meet at Hillcrest at 6 am or at the park and ride lot at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon at 6:15.  We will be back at Hillcrest between 8:30 and 9:00

Thursday - Hillcrest - strength and core in the weight room after the run.  We will finish at about 8:15

Friday - Jordan River Parkway - we will meet at Winchester Park for this run.  Let the captains know if a ride is needed We will finish at about 8:30

Summer Training Week 1 schedule

Monday - Hillcrest

Tuesday - Hillcrest We will go in the weight room after the run We will be done at approximately 8

Wednesday - Dimple Dell We will meet at the Wrangler Trailhead.  Get on the groupme app if you need a ride from Hillcrest.  We usually park in the parking lot west of the 24 HR fitness lot. We should be done between 7:30 and 7:45

Thursday - Hillcrest weights and core after the run

Friday - Draper Park  Meet in the parking lot on the NE corner of the park - long run on the Porter Rockwell Trail  This run will be done closer to 8

Saturday - on your own
