Summer Training Week 7 HARC Week

Remember to report your miles for the previous week(s).  If you have been running the weekly average to hit the 400 threshold for the summer mileage shirt, you should have hit 200 miles last week.

Remember for HARC week, we meet at Hillcrest every day to carpool and caravan up to our higher elevation destinations.  Some of the trail heads have limited parking so we will need to take as few vehicles up as possible. We will load up and head to the mountains at 6:05.  Several of our runs this week are determined by time, so please have your wristwatch with you at practice.  It will most likely be a little chilly up in the mountains, so you may want a light jacket or long sleeve tee for before and after our morning runs. We also welcome adult drivers this week. We run some pretty fun trails this week, feel free to join us.  With the high pressure system sitting over us, air quality may get bad this week. If it does, we will have a plan B for the evening recovery runs.

Monday 6 am meet at Hillcrest for the trek to  Lamb's Canyon Trail  starting at 6:05. Thanks to the Glover family for breakfast
6 pm meet at Hillcrest for a recovery run.
