Winter break training

Sprinters/Hurdlers - be active, if you can do our lifting routine a few times during the break.  If you don't have access, you can do body weight exercises.

Throwers - lift

Distance - pay attention to air quality. You can run by yourself our get together to run in groups.  If the air gets bad, run inside or get out of the valley. 
Friday the 21st - meet at Wheeler Farm at 2

We may have a second group run after Christmas.
