Our ticket allotment is two per runner.
Barcodes will be scanned at the stadium entrance either on smart phones or printed tickets.
We have sections S - Z on the east side of the stadium.
**Spectator Rules**
We are allowing spectators to come to the race but they must follow these rules exactly.
● This is a ticketed event. Once all teams have registered; tickets will be available online
for free. We will send you a link and a team code to use. Tickets are first come first
serve.
● Tickets are going to be limited, you will receive tickets based on your team size. No
spectator will be allowed without a ticket.
● The tickets coordinate with a seat in the bleachers.
● Spectators must sit in their assigned bleacher seats. They can’t change seats even if
there are available seats. They will enter only through the south gate. No congregating
around the track fence or finish line, etc... This is to promote physical distancing and
manage contract tracing. We are trying to keep spectators and athletes separated.
● From their seat, spectators will be able to see their athlete come around 3 times and
watch them finish.
● When their athlete finishes we invite spectators to exit the stadium through the south
gate.
Sandy City has shut down events in the past couple of months without any warning to the event
director. Coaches, please communicate with all your spectators to keep physical distance, to
wear masks at the event, and to follow all of these rules.
