2020 Racing Season Week 5

 Race debrief meeting at 2:30 in C230 on Tuesday

Morning practice each day @ 6 on the track 

Wednesday  weight room session

Tuesday & Thursday core near the track

If you can't make morning practice, get the recovery runs in on your own before you come to school.


Monday - hill repeats at Flat Iron 8 am then body weights and resistance band work 

Tuesday - medium run and strides

Wednesday - longer run then resistance band work

Thursday - tempo  nutrition presentation by TOSH after practice

Friday - medium run and strides

Saturday - Wasatch Invitational @ Soldier Hollow - no spectators

I will try doing Instagram live during the races again.
