2020 Racing Season Week 6

 Race debrief meeting at 2:30 in C230 on Monday

Morning practice each day @ 6 on the track 

Monday & Wednesday weight room session

Tuesday & Thursday core near the track

Friday 15 min. shakeout run, 2 strides, race visualization

Afternoon practices

Monday - mile repeats and downhill running at Cottonwood Complex + resistance bands this will probably be a later finish time

Tuesday - medium run and strides

Wednesday - longer hill run (Turbo)  then resistance band work

Thursday - medium run and strides

Friday - Murray, Highland tri-meet at Murray Park starting at 3:30 spectators are allowed

Saturday - long progressive run at Draper Park 8 am, meet at the park
