Monday & Wednesday weight room session
Tuesday core near the track
Thursday shakeout run and race visualization
Friday core near the track
Afternoon practices
Monday - 1000s at Crestwood (We will drive/carpool there after the meeting)
Tuesday - tempo run
Wednesday - easy run, motivational talk and strategy
Thursday - Region get out of class at 1:45 bus leaves at 2:15 (subject to change)
Friday - medium run
Saturday - Jordan Rotary Park 70 - 75 minute run
