Monday 6 am 30 minutes + core
3 pm speed work

Tuesday 6 am 30 minutes + weights
3 pm tennis courts

Wednesday 6 am 30 minutes + core
3 pm Del Taco

Thursday 6 am 30 minutes + weights
2:30 pm Team photos then treats and frisbee

Friday 6 am 30 minutes + core
no afternoon practice

Saturday - 60 minute run
