2020 Championship Week 4

This will be a short week with state on Thursday.

We will only have 2 morning practices this week, Monday and Thursday.

Monday 6 am 30 minute recovery pace and weights.
3 pm Del Taco variants

Tuesday 3 pm tempo

Wednesday easy pre-race run

Thursday 6 am shakeout  run and visualization
11:30 bus leaves for Soldier Hollow

Friday 2:30 race debrief then mini-break until Monday morning
