Tuesday core near the track
Afternoon practices
Monday - 2:30 race debrief meeting then Greg Got Lost
Tuesday - easy run
Wednesday - long medium run
Fall Break practices We are going to get to higher elevations on softer surfaces
Thursday - Travel Run Dear Creek Dam trailhead
Friday - speed workout on the Hillcrest track
Saturday - Travel Run Star Pointe trailhead
