Monday September 23 - 6 am 30 minutes recovery pace then strength training in the weight room
2:30 pm post-race meeting in C230 then fartlek workout at Stoner Park
Tuesday September 24 - 6 am 30 minutes recovery pace then core workout
2:50 pm meet by concessions building for our Vine St runs
Wednesday September 25 - 6 am 30 minutes recovery pace then strength training in the weight room
2:50 pm meet by concessions building - tempo run
Thursday September 26 - 6 am 30 minutes recovery pace then core workout
2:50 pm meet by concessions building TRAX run
Friday September 27 - 7:30 am meet at Hillcrest for Park City Invitational
Saturday September 28 - 8:00 am meet at Dewey Bluth Park
