Tuesday & Thursday core near the track
If you can't make morning practice, get the recovery runs in on your own before you come to school.
Monday - speed

Wednesday - longer run
Thursday - tempo
Friday - medium run and strides
Saturday - Timpanogos Invitational Lakeside Park in Orem - no spectators
