Our summer mileage tracking ended with the last week, so make sure your mileage tracker sheets are filled out and turn them in.
Due to the excessive heat we will be experiencing at least at the beginning of the week, we will be adjusting the workout plan this week.
Print out a copy of the assumption of risk paper for travel runs during the season and affix the proper signatures.
