Tuesday 6 am 30 minutes + weights
2:45 pm easy run

Wednesday 6 am 30 minutes + core
2:45 travel run to Dimple Dell

Thursday 6 am 30 minutes + weights
2:45 pm easy run

Friday 6 am 30 minutes + core
2:45 moderate run

Saturday 8 am Draper Park 70 minute run

The weather is going to turn this week, so be prepared with layers, running pants or sweats, light gloves and caps for some runs.
