Monday is the Sandy City Classic 5K. This is a way to gauge the progress you have made so far with summer training. I will be checking runner card fir the results. If you are running a different race, either text or email your results to me.
The next day starts the UHSAA imposed summer moratorium. We will not be having team practice again until July 12th. You know what kind of mileage we have been doing to keep your fitness. You may get together with others or run on your own.
Make sure you have been keeping track of your mileage on the mileage tracker. Remember anyone that runs and logs at least 400 miles will get a summer mileage challenge shirt.
