Tuesday - Hillcrest - we will be in the weight room after the run
Wednesday - Top of the World 2300 E Bengal Blvd - This run will start and finish here.
Thursday - Hillcrest we will be in the weight room after the run

sHARC week and other info
HARC week is here. Going through the summer camp forms, there are quite a few runners who either haven't paid the fee or turned in any of their camp forms. This needs to be taken care of as soon as possible.
We will be meeting at Hillcrest for all of our runs this week. For the morning runs, we will be carpooling from Hillcrest each day. Some of our runs have limited parking so we need to take as few cars up as possible. For this week we will have breakfast after each of our morning runs and some sort of frozen treat after our evening runs.
A few of this week's runs are time based, so please bring a wrist watch. I will have some extras, but not enough for everyone.

Monday - Lamb's Canyon
Tuesday - Brighton Ski Resort/Silver Lake
Wednesday - Big Water Trail to Dog Lake
Thursday - Albion Basin
Friday - Pipeline Trail
Saturday - Park City Rail Trail (Promontory Trailhead)
Evening Runs
Monday - Friday at Hillcrest
Bring massage sticks and foam rollers to these workouts.

Friday - Draper Park - let the captains know if you will be needing a ride to Draper Park
Hopefully everyone kept working on their training base during the moratorium week. Keep track of your mileage on the tracking sheet so you can earn a summer mileage shirt at the end of the summer.

Sandy Classic 5K and summer moratorium
Monday is the Sandy City Classic 5K. This is a way to gauge the progress you have made so far with summer training. I will be checking runner card fir the results. If you are running a different race, either text or email your results to me.
The next day starts the UHSAA imposed summer moratorium. We will not be having team practice again until July 12th. You know what kind of mileage we have been doing to keep your fitness. You may get together with others or run on your own.
Make sure you have been keeping track of your mileage on the mileage tracker. Remember anyone that runs and logs at least 400 miles will get a summer mileage challenge shirt.
