Summer Training Week 6

You should be emailing your mileage totals each  week to  Check the weekly mileage totals on the summer schedule for what you should have done to compare.  The most important mileage statistic is NO ZEROES! Rookies should have done about 22 - 25  miles.  Rookies do the first year mileage, or cut off one mile for the longer or more difficult runs.

Travel Forms and Summer Camp forms should have already been turned in to Coach Olsen.
