Meet at Hillcrest at 7 or Dimple Dell at 7:15
Tuesday - Meet at Hillcrest
Wednesday - Canyon run Meet at Hillcrest at 7 or at the park and ride lot at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon at 7:20
Thursday - Meet at Hillcrest
Friday - mile repeats at Cottonwood Complex
