We will have some split workout days with the different JV and varsity schedules. With fall break, we will be doing some travel runs.

JV 1:45 get out of class
2:00 bus leaves for Murray Park
3:30 boys race
4:10 girls race
Tuesday October 18 - 2:25 race debrief meeting for JV racers 3:00 pm easy run for everyone then strides and core
Wednesday October 19 - 3 pm hill run then strength
Thursday October 20 - 8 am Hillcrest fartlek workout
Friday October 21 - 8 am Dewey Bluth Park for long easy run on the dirt
Saturday October 22 - 8 am Wheeler Farm tempo run
