XC Summer Training Week 1

 Monday May 31 Memorial Day - have fun

Tuesday June 1 - First day of summer practice 6 am at Hillcrest strength training after the run

Wednesday June 2 - Introduction to trail running meet at Hillcrest at 6 or the Wrangler Trailhead at Dimple Dell Gully at 6:15

Thursday June 3 - Hillcrest 6 am strength training after the run

Friday - long run Fridays meet at Hillcrest 6am or Winchester Park at 6:15

Saturday - longish recovery run, varies depending on experience level
