No Spikes Allowed!

5:00 p.m. Girls Long Jump: Trials and Finals (Boys to follow)
Boys & Girls Shot Put (Two rings.)

6:30 p.m. Boys High Jump (Girls to follow)

7:00 p.m. Boys pole vault - Height progression: 9', 10', 11', 11'6", 12', 12'6", etc.



Saturday, January 23

No Spikes Allowed!

Meet begins at 9:00 a.m.

Girls run first in all events.

Order of events:
55 meter hurdles
3200 meters
55 meters
400 meters
800 meters
200 meters
1600 meters
4X400 meter relay
4X800 meter relay

There is no pre-registration for this meet. $3 will get you in the door and pay for one event. Each additional event is $2.
