Summer Training 2020 Week 10

We still have a number of athletes who don't have physicals and registermyathlete completed. This needs to be done ASAP. In order to be eligible to compete in the first meet, that process will need to be done by the 11th.

Another thank you to the parents who helped with the time trial.

Monday August 3rd 6 am Hillcrest for 800 repeats
2nd run 30 minutes recovery pace

Tuesday August 4th 6 am Hillcrest for Ghostrider run then strength and core
2nd run 30 minutes recovery pace

Wednesday August 5th 6 am Hillcrest or Hidden Valley Park for Bonneville Shoreline Trail,   6:20 
2nd run 30 minutes recovery pace

Thursday August 6th 6 am Hillcrest for TRAX run then strength and core
2nd run 30 minutes recovery pace

Friday August 7th 6 am Hillcrest for Skywalk run
2nd run 30 minutes recovery pace

Saturday August 8th 6 am Hillcrest or Winchester Park for 70 - 75 minute run 6:15
