Racing Season Week 7 Wahsatch Rendezvous

If we have air quality issues due to wildfire smoke, we will have contingency plans that involve travel.  Make sure you have your off-campus workout assumption of risk paperwork signed and turned in.

Monday 6 am 30 minutes, weights
2:30 pm post-race debrief, then speed workout

Tuesday 6 am 30 minutes, core
2:50 pm recovery run

Wednesday 6 am 30 minutes, weights
2:50 pm long hill run

Thursday 6 am 30 minutes, core
2:50 pm tempo

Friday 6 am 30 minutes
2:50 pm meet at Cottonwood Complex for workout and course set up

Saturday meet at 7:15 for bus to Wahsatch Rendezvous
