Monday - 6 am 30 minutes and core
2:30 meeting in C230 then workout at Crestwood

Tuesday - 6 am 30 minutes and strength
2:45 recovery and striders

Wednesday - 6 am 30 minutes and core
2:45 long hill run

Thursday - 6 am 30 minutes and strength
2:45 tempo run

Friday 6 am 30 minutes and core
2:45 pre-race run and striders

Saturday BYU Autumn Classic at Eastbay Golf Course bus leaves 6:15 am
