Summer Training Week 6 Schedule

Reminder that all runners should be doing a low effort 30 minute run on Monday and Wednesday evenings.  Experienced runners should also be doing them on Tuesday and Thursday.

Monday - City Creek -- Meet at Hillcrest at 6 am to carpool to the NE corner of the State Capitol. We should return to Hillcrest sometime between 8:30 and 9.

Tuesday - Hillcrest -- We will be doing strength exercises in the weight room after the run.  We will finish between 8 and 8:15

Wednesday - Albion Basin -- Meet at Hillcrest at 6 am or the park and ride lot at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon to carpool to Alta Ski Resort We should be back to the park and ride lot around 8:30 and Hillcrest before 9

Thursday - Hillcrest -- We will be doing strength exercises in the weight room after the run.  We will finish between 8 and 8:15

Friday - Winchester Park -- Meet at Winchester Park for our long run.  Let the captains know if you will need a ride from Hillcrest. We should be done around 8:30

Saturday - on your own or in groups 45 - 60 minutes low effort recovery run
