Footlocker Training Schedule

Mon. 11/16 Speed Endurance ladder 200,400,600,800,1000,800,600,400,200 adjustments for younger athletes

Tues. 11/17 Morning Workout (weights & core) recovery 4 - 5 perimeters

Wed. 11/18 Tempo Run 4 miles

Thurs. 11/19 Morning Workout (weights & core) recovery on campus + 5 striders with 20 rowers

Fri. 11/20 Highland run - moderate pace with surge of hills

Sat. 11/21 Albion Basin or alternate run based on weather

Sun. 11/22 rest or cross train

Mon. 11/23 Speed Endurance 800s 2 X 2 all out

Tues. 11/24 Morning Workout recovery on campus (weights & core)

Wed. 11/25 no practice - pre-race workout or rest

Thurs. 11/26 Thanksgiving Day 5K or 6 miles moderate pace Check with Coach Olsen for a list of runs

Fri. 11/27 no practice - active rest

Sat. 11/28 5 miles easy pace

Sun. 11/29 rest or cross train

Mon. 11/30 Light Speed Work

Tues. 12/1 Morning Workout (core)

Wed. 12/2 pre-race

Thurs. 12/3 morning run 3-4 miles Bus departs Jordan High School

Fri. 12/4 packet pick up - run the course

Sat. 12/5 Footlocker West Regional Mt. SAC
